Anatomy for surgery
Instrumentation
Basic techniques for removal of teeth
Surgical removal made easy
Suturing technique
Bony impactions
Review of sedation techniques
Hands on demonstration on models
A bonus available for live patient in charity clinic in Louisville at a later date included.
The course will be held at The ADL Dental Lab Instruction Suite, 4411 Poplar Level Road, Louisville KY 40213
( just south of I-264, under the viaduct, over Poplar Level Road)
Cost is $499 for AGD Members and $699 for Non-members.

Course presented by Darren S. Greenwell, DMD, FACD, FICD, NDBA, MAGD
Dr. Greenwell is a 2000 graduate of University of Louisville School of Dentistry. After graduation from dental school, Dr. Greenwell joined the US Air Force and completed an Advanced General Dentistry residency at Barksdale Air Force base in Louisiana. Dr. Greenwell continued to serve as staff dentist at Davis-Monthan AFB in Arizona until 2003. Following serving a second stint in the Military, Dr. Greenwell returned home to Kentucky and started private practice.
Dr. Greenwell has always had a thirst for continuing his training and education. In 2007, He received a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry and in 2015 received his Mastership in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Greenwell is also a Fellow in the American College of Dentists and the International College of Dentists. Dr. Greenwell has gained certification in Intravenous sedation and completed a residency in Comprehensive Implants therapy at the Alabama Implant Education in Birmingham Alabama.
